TE Ops Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy covers TE Ops, an internal application of Tweet Express LLC (“Tweet Express”, “we”) that connects to QuickBooks Online.

Who uses it. Only Tweet Express, with its own QuickBooks Online company. TE Ops is not offered to other businesses or the public.

What it reads. With the QuickBooks permission “Accounting” (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting), TE Ops reads these record types: accounts, classes, customers, vendors, invoices, credit memos, payments, deposits, bills, bill payments, purchases (expenses) and vendor credits. It does not request access to QuickBooks Payments or Payroll.

Read-only. TE Ops only reads. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.

How it is used. For Tweet Express’s own bookkeeping, reporting and reconciliation, for example matching invoices to loads and payments.

Where it is stored. In Tweet Express’s own database, hosted by Supabase in the United States, with backup copies kept by Tweet Express in the United States. The QuickBooks connection credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown or written to logs by TE Ops.

Who can see it. Authorized Tweet Express personnel only. We do not sell, rent or share the data. The only outside parties involved are the service providers that host our systems, and only to run them.

Keeping and removing data. Records read from QuickBooks are kept as part of Tweet Express’s business records. The connection can be ended at any time by disconnecting TE Ops in QuickBooks; TE Ops then stops reading new data.
